Sandy Stec is one of two female auctioneers on the Dukas Auctioneer Group team. When she’s not on stage inspiring audiences to give generously for nonprofits, she can be heard as a Los Angeles–based radio personality on KOST 103.5-FM, where she hosts the weekday afternoon show from 3–7pm. With her quick wit, professionalism, and natural stage presence, Sandy has a unique ability to energize a room and create unforgettable fundraising moments.
A Bay Area native, Sandy began her radio career at just 20 years old, hosting a midday show in San Jose for a decade before moving on to co-host the top-rated Marcus and Sandy morning program on Star 101.3-FM in San Francisco for another 10 years. Today, she continues her passion for connecting with audiences on iHeartRadio’s KOST 103.5, blending humor, warmth, and authenticity.
In addition to broadcasting and auctioneering, Sandy has spent more than 20 years performing stand-up comedy. She has shared the stage with icons such as Kevin Hart, Dana Carvey, Jay Leno, Chelsea Handler, and Paul Reiser, with appearances spanning comedy clubs, cruise ships, and private events.
When she’s not on-air or on-stage, Sandy loves traveling, hiking, and exploring the outdoors—whether tackling dream adventures like Havasupai Falls in the Grand Canyon or enjoying a laid-back day by the pool.
